They raise my rates every month, this month I kept waiting for my auto payment to come out and it didnt so I made it online myself and then called them, they said that my payment which is to come out on the 3rd of each month was declined for payment, wrong, with month payment went in on the 2nd because of it falling on a weekend, Im on SS disability. So on the 3rd payment was in there. they they gave me 3 other dates they said this happened, but it came out on the 3rd anyway, So they took my off of auto payements and jacked my rate like 300$ my payemt for this month was758$ instead of 306. I paid only the 306, but they just keep makeing up lies. I calling the BBB today. would like to know if someone can do something about this.

Progressive canceled my insurance policy after 3 months, saying that I did not provide them with information as to my vehicle being garaged, all they had to do was enter my address on the internet and see that I have a 2-car garage, when I tried to restart my policy they wanted 700 dollars and 400 a month, a rip off , filing a lawsuit.

  5. On 8-26-2020 accident caused by progressive insured driver. An Progressive adjuster pressured me day to accept $700 in reference accident caused by young progressive insured individual; I was suffering from concussion, neck & upper back trauma. She offered $700, which I thought was installment 1 in total accident settlement. I was very dazed by concussion, involved in assessment, referrals.

    A open medical agreement was sent within a week; I signed it, again thinking the $700 and $1,000. medical was installment 1.
    When my attorney contacted them, progressive claimed that the above were total settlement. Medical Bills connected with accident totaled about $14,000. settlement.

    No response yet on my letter to rescind the contract.
